Inspection & Test
At ESB, we see to it that quality is built into our products. At the very least, we ensure that our products meet customer specifications and/or generally-accepted industry standards (i.e. IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, etc.). For this reason, we conduct strict in-process quality monitoring and our buy-off inspection follows tested inspection schemes like ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (MIL-STD-105E). This is in addition to the standard in-process inspections that make use of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment.
To guarantee even further that the products we produce and ship to our customers work according to design, we employ test procedures as necessary.
