Process Management
ESB believes in the use of a systematic approach to process management. Our engineers and technical staff are trained to carry out process measurement and analysis in a careful and methodical fashion. For example, using appropriate statistical process control (SPC) tools, parameters that greatly affect and are indicative of product quality are defined and monitored.

Continuous improvement is also made integral to the entire manufacturing process, and this is accomplished using the following methods:

• Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Quality Planning
• Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) control
• Global 8D - Customer Feedback Resolution Process
Traceability
ESB also provides for product identification and traceability from the time of receiving the parts, through the various stages in production, and until the finished product is delivered to the customer. Our document and record control systems allow for archiving and retrieval of lot or batch-related data for future analyses.
